These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and God55win ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the god55win website located at https://god55win.cam, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features offered thereon.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to:

All financial transactions on god55win are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically X10 to X20) before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Video slots generally contribute 100%; live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are detailed per promotion.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit applies — typically between RM250 and RM500 per spin or stake. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days) from the date of claim. Failure to meet wagering requirements within this period results in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.

• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per player account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Abuse and Fraud: God55win reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winings, and to close accounts, in cases of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional structures.

All bets and wagers placed on god55win are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is accepted only when a confirmation message is displayed on screen and unique bet reference number is issued. In the event of a dispute, god55win's system records shall be the final authority.
• Palpable Errors: God55win reserves the right to void any bet placed at obviously incorrect odds or on an incorrectly listed event (a "palpable error"). Winings from such bets will be recalculated or voided at god55win's discretion.
• Bet Cancellation: Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled by the player except where an in-play "cash out" feature is available and exercised in accordance with its specific terms.
• Football Betting: All football betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, AFF Cup, Piala Asia, and World Cup qualifiers — are governed by the specific sports rules applicable to each competition. Extra time and penalty shootouts are included only where specified.
• Mix Parlay: Mix Parlay bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win. One or more voided selections may reduce the parlay, subject to applicable rules.
• Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems. The Platform's RTP (Return to Player) figures are approximate long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Players must not engage in any of the following activities. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities:

All content on the god55win Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game designs, software, and the overall layout and appearance of the Platform — is the intellectual property of God55win or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the Platform without express written consent;
• Use any god55win branding, logos, or trademarks in any context outside the Platform;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or functionality.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, God55win shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from interrupted connectivity or Platform downtime;
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals due to third-party payment provider issues;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any betting or gaming outcome, which is subject to chance and the Platform's published rules.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit god55win's liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

God55win is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe environment for all players. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools to eligible players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending;

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified period;
• Discovery that the Player is under21 years of age;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.

Upon closure of an account for legitimate reasons (i.e., not for breach), any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following satisfactory identity verification. Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings shall be forfeited upon account closure for breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which God55win holds its operating licence. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first being raised in writing, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the applicable jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent immediate and irreparable harm.
